I’m Lauren L’Amour, the founder of the Life Visionary Success coaching process a new brand of coaching and spiritual mentorship for the successful woman.
I initially developed this process to help myself out of a completely imbalanced and miserable life.
I was working 70-80 hours/week, making money in our real estate development company but had no time, energy or inclination to spend any of it, let alone enjoy it! And, worse, I couldn’t really remember why I was living this way.
I just knew that I had to get up and do it all over again or the bank wasn’t going to get paid. I hear this same kind of story over and over again from my clients.
Thinking back, I see my life’s vision was very vague and unclear. It revolved around wanting to start a family and a desire to be home to raise my children and ultimately enjoy the proceeds of all of our hard work. But that didn’t look like that was going to happen anytime soon. I frankly didn’t have or thought I didn’t have, the time to even think about doing something different.
In short, I was living life on a hamster wheel; exhausted, defeated, and depressed. Sound familiar?
Fortunately, (I’m not sure I felt this way at the time) my unhappiness became too much to bear and I found myself at a weekend retreat out of sheer desperation. Something needed to change but I had no idea what.
Sometimes, we need to be on our knees to really be able to learn what we need to learn. What I learned that weekend was that there was a different way to live and that, “I Get to Decide”, what that is. Not my parents, not my husband, friends, or colleagues.

In fact, it was imperative to my happiness and well-being that I did decide!
And you know how it is when you discover something that completely changes your life and brings you back from the brink of disaster; you want to share it with everyone you know.
This was how the Life Visionary Coaching and Spiritual Mentorship process began to help thousands of other spiritually guided women to “Decide and Design” a Vision for their lives and I never looked back.
And it’s been quite an honor and adventure!
I live for those moments when I see the light go on in a client’s eyes or I hear it in her voice. I know in those moments, her life is changed forever and the world will be a better place for it!
The sad news is when I ask most women, “Who are you?” “What is most important to you?” or “What makes you happy?”, they can’t tell me!
If you don’t know the answer to this question, without flinching or having to think about it, you won’t get it! It’s that simple.
In the end, everyone wants happiness! But what that looks like for you, has to be and can only be decided by you!
As Mary Oliver asks, "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
I have found over the 20+ years of working in my own life and thousands of coaching hours with women just like me and just like you, that when we align with who we truly are, our I AM, we become highly in-tuned with our highest desires and from this place. We also become aligned with our Soul’s purpose and passion. Clarity reigns and finally Outrageous Happiness and Freedom can be found!
